The Council of the Town of Niverville is made up of a Mayor, a Deputy Mayor, and 3 Councillors. Elections are held every 4 years.

NOTICE OF REGISTRATION  OF PROSPECTIVE CANDIDATE FOR GENERAL MUNICIPAL ELECTION
TOWN OF NIVERVILLE

Please be advised that a general municipal election will be held on Wednesday, October 26, 2022.
Prospective municipal election candidates must register with the Senior Election Official (SEO) during the registration period before they may begin to accept contributions, incur expenses, fundraise or borrow money for their campaign.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that I will be receiving candidate registrations as follows:

For the office of head of council: Between May 1, 2022 and September 20, 2022
For the office of councillor:  Between June 30, 2022 and September 20, 2022
at the Town of Niverville Administration Office, 329 Bronstone Drive, Niverville, Manitoba, during the regular hours of business.

Niverville’s current Mayor, Myron Dyck, was elected by acclamation to the position for an additional four-year term. Also, the Town received four nominations for Councillor, filling all vacant spots on Town Council. The following members have been elected by acclamation to Niverville Town Council for a four-year term:
