With the current Canada Post strike, the Town of Niverville is unable to mail out from our office any recently created bills. This includes 3rd quarter utility bills and added tax bills. These bills are still available through the eServices portal on our website: https://www.whereyoubelong.ca/town-services/financial-services/eservices/
If you have already set up access to eServices:
- You can view your balance owing and access your bills by logging in eServices. Upon logging into your account, you will be directed to the dashboard, where in the right-hand corner, you should see links to your accounts with the Town, i.e., property taxes and utilities. You can then select the account you want to view any associated bills that have been created for your property. If you cannot remember your password, please select “Forgot your password?” on the sign-in screen, and it will be reset for you.
If you have not already set up access to eServices:
- You can find the information on the backside of any previous utility bill that you may have received. On the sign-in screen, select the green bar with “Sign up now”, select Resident or Business Owner of the Town of Niverville, then enter the sign-up key from the back of the utility bill with the other suggested validation code. Once you have submitted the key, you will be required to verify your email address.
If you require a copy of the sign-up key or require a copy of your bill to be emailed or printed for pick up, please contact the Town office at utilitybillings@whereyoubelong.ca
Any outstanding balances are required to be paid by the date noted on the bills, regardless of whether you’ve received a paper copy or not.
