web@dminLast Month at Council

After a busy end to 2025, the new year has started with a bit of a breather for Council. Most exciting for us, it means a much shorter LMAC report for us all to read! Some of the highlights from January 2026 include:

  • Council held public hearings for, and approved, three conditional use applications in the Niverville Business Park.
  • Council postponed a decision on Variance V28-25 to July 2026 to allow for time to review and for the applicant to provide written documentation.
  • And more!

Last Month at Council (or LMAC for short) is designed to give residents and ratepayers of the Town of Niverville a quick look at what Council passed and approved over the last month, with helpful descriptions of terms that may not be common knowledge.

You can see the whole report from the month of January below. Let’s get into it!
