Please be aware that utility bill payments are due Friday, November 14th, 2025. Ratepayers are responsible for the payment of their utility bill, whether or not they have received a utility bill in their name.

The Town of Niverville would like to make residents and ratepayers aware that our e-Services online portal is currently down.
This outage is due to an update to our online financial service software that is not interfacing correctly with our website. Our website team is currently working on a solution, and we will provide an update once it is available again.
Utility bills can still be paid in person at the Town Office at 329 Bronstone Drive, or through your online banking service.
We regret any inconvenience that this outage may cause.
In the meantime, you can still check your utility bill balance in person at the Town Office at 329 Bronstone Drive, by calling 204-388-4600, or by emailing utilitybillings@whereyoubelong.ca.
