Did you do work on your property that required a building permit this year, including building a new home? If so, the Provincial Assessment Branch may have re-assessed your property, resulting in an Added Tax Bill.
Unfortunately, due to the ongoing Canada Post strike, we are unable to mail these Added Tax Bills. If you are signed up for eServices with the Town of Niverville, you can use the online portal to view any added tax bills that you may have received, past or present.
If you have not signed up for eServices, you can either call the Town Office at 204-388-4600, email taxes@whereyoubelong.ca, or visit us in person at 329 Bronstone Drive to inquire about your Added Tax Bill.
Payment of Added Tax Bills is due on Wednesday, December 31st, 2025, by 5 PM.
