Community Clean-Up Day is coming up on Sept. 20th, 2025!
We have three locations this year that are offering their services free of charge to help residents clean up for winter. These locations are:
- Niverville Credit Union: Located at 62 Main Street and open from 9 AM to 12 PM, they will be providing document shredding services.
- Bristal Hauling: Located at 405 Kuzenko Street and open from 8 AM to 8 PM, they will be offering garbage and large item disposal.
- Community Compost Site: Located at 736 Schultz Avenue, we will be offering yard waste disposal and branch chipping.
- Please note that chipping service is for clean fill only – please no branches over 8 inches in diameter, and coming from trees, bushes, or shrubs with no mud or rocks attached.
- The compost site only accepts plant and garden waste, grass clippings, and leaves at this time.
As well, to ensure that traffic continues to flow during Community Clean-up Day on Sept. 20th, access to Kuzenko Street off of 6th Avenue North will be temporarily restricted.
To reach both Bristal Hauling and the Community Compost Site, please take 6th Avenue North, turning east onto Wittick Street. From Wittick Street, please turn south onto Schultz Avenue. You can then access Bristal Hauling west on Kuzenko Street, and the Community Compost Site further south on Schultz Avenue.
