The Town of Niverville would like to notify residents that copies of the 2026 Property Assessment notices have been received at the Town of Niverville Administration Office. However, due to the ongoing Canada Post strike, the Province has been unable to mail these out to residents.
To check to see if your property has been reassessed, you can contact the Town of Niverville Administration Office by phone at 204-388-4600, by email at taxes@whereyoubelong.ca, or in person at 329 Bronstone Drive. You can also sign up to view your property assessment online at manitoba.ca/myproperty.
If you desire to appeal your 2026 property assessment, please be aware that the deadline to apply for the appeal process is Monday, November 3rd, 2025.
