Niverville Recreation & Wellness has many adult programs for all interests. Adult programs vary from sports and fitness to arts and culture. These programs are available on a drop-in or program registration basis.

Fitness
Adult Fit Club: Come out, get active and have fun! These workouts combine cardio and strength training to give you a full body workout- accessible to all fitness levels!
Adult Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu: This course is geared towards those who are just starting out on their Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ) journey or those more experienced individuals looking to refocus on the basics.
Adult Kickboxing: Whether you want to get into physical shape, learn self-defence, cross-train, or become an athlete, Muay Thai and kickboxing can benefit you!
Adult Pilates: Come out, get active and have fun! Pilates classes are taught by certified instructors.
Adult Wrestling: Come try the world’s oldest sport! Wrestling is back in Niverville.
Adult Yoga/Stretch Therapy: Focus on increasing strength and mobility through our professionally led Yoga and Stretch Therapy classes.
Adult Zumba: Come out, get active and have fun! Zumba is a latin-inspired dance workout taught by certified instructors that will get your heart pumping and boost your aerobic fitness!
Qigong: Relax the body and mind to help rewire your nervous system while gently strengthening the joints and tendons. Qigong is taught by certified instructors.

Are you looking to get active or want to try a program? We have Drop-in options for you! Pop into the front desk at the CRRC prior to the program start time to pay. Drop-in programs include: Volleyball, Basketball, Pickleball, Indoor Soccer, Yoga, Zumba, Qigong, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Kickboxing and wrestling.
