At approximately 3:15 p.m. this afternoon, Niverville Fire and EMS Services responded to a warehouse fire at 11 Heritage Trail. While the fire was too far advanced to save the building, no additional structures were impacted and the fire was contained. No injuries incurred. Niverville Fire and EMS Services remain on site to address any flare-ups. Traffic is being rerouted around the fire site.

University of Manitoba City Planning student, Ellen Enns, has chosen Niverville as her subject community
for her graduate thesis. She is looking for people who live in Niverville and commute to another community to work. Her survey is five to 10 minutes long.
The Seine-Rat River Conservation District will once again be assisting residents with private well water testing. Water bottles and application forms can be picked up at the town office.
A potential new well site has been tested for futher upgrades to the Niverville water system. You are invited to attend a public open house to receive infomation on the study results.
