Did you know that all cats and dogs over the age of six months require an annual license as per ByLaw 691-10?
Licenses are $20 per pet, per year and up-to-date rabies and distemper information must be presented at the time of licensing.
First time licenses are $20, if you renew your license on or before your due date there is a reduced fee of just $15 per pet.
All replacement tags, either lost or destroyed will be $10 plus GST.
In the event that your animal is picked up by Animal Control, you will be charged a fee of $200 for first time impoundment. Should your pet be unlicensed or has a past due license at the time of impoundment, the license will be $100.
