Licenses and Permits

Below you will find forms for many of the common permits and licenses that may be required. For clarification on whether you require a permit or license, please contact our administration staff who will be pleased to assist you.

Building Permit

Permits are required for any building construction or addition to your primary residence as well as any auxillary buildings in excess of 99 square feet. Please use the attached form and bring it into the office with any supporting documents that are applicable.

Variance/Conditional Use/Zoning Change Request

Use this application for any non standard requests including variance on yard sizes, encroachments or to request zoning changes.

Pet License

All dogs and cats within the Town of Niverville are required to be licensed. You may have up to 3 pets per household. If you are within this number use this application form, otherwise, use the Hobby Breeders License below.

Use this application if you occassionally exceed the 3 pet limit due to breeding other than a commercial enterprise.
