Residential Lots for Sale

THANK YOU to everyone who participated in the sealed bid auction for 5 Town owned residential lots on 4th Street South. Interest in these lots was exceptionally strong. Congratulations to each successful bidder. Unfortunately, one of the lot sales could not be executed and now is being reoffered to the public. Lot 1 with 65' frontage will be available by sealed bid auction on September 28, 2010. Niverville's current animal control by-law has been in effect since 1991. In its day, this by-law was leading in the industry … but with today's expectations and challenges, it has been deemed somewhat tired and limiting and requires a serious overhaul.
