Niverville has enjoyed the status of being Manitoba's fastest growing urban centre and within the top 20 fastest growing town's in Canada (Stats Canada, 2006 Census). With this intense growth comes an very necessary policy of long terming planning for development to ensure long term effectiveness and sustainablity.

Whether it is residential, industrial or commercial opportunities, all potential projects are scrutized to ensure that fit within the long term plan of the community and the region. It is this prudency at the beginning that will ensure that new endevours are assets for the future. Where a project fits within the community plan, resources are delegated and experts from the community, provincial or federal level are called in as required to ensure support and provide the best chance of success.
