General Inquiries
AdministrationThe town office is located at 86 Main Street, immediately across from the Post Office. The hours of operation are from Monday to Friday, from 9:00am to 5:00pm with an hour break for lunch from noon to 1:00pm. Please use the general inquiry contact if you are not sure which department to contact.

Town CouncilThe council of the Town of Niverville is made up of 4 councillors and a mayor. Elections are held every 4 years with the next election scheduled for October 2010.

Public Works and FacilitiesThe public works department takes care of all supervising all capital projects and maintaining general infrastructure. Streets, roads, sidewalks, snow clearing
and other areas such as these fall under this department. This department is served by a variety of full time and part time staff to ensure the most expedient resolution of issues
possible.
Leisure, Recreation and WellnessA healthy community is desired by all citizens. Health includes not only physical well being but also mental and spirtual wholeness and wellness. The Community
recreation department is responsible for recreation facilities and programming, scheduling, parks, and other similar areas.
Animal ControlThe Animal Control officer is responsible for both domestic and wild animal concerns within our community. In some cases, your call may be referred back to the Town Administration for by-law clarification or onto the RCMP if the concern is warranted.
Service to SeniorsOur seniors are an important part of our community. Service to Seniors provides a point of contact for a number of senior related services including recreation, assistance with programs and other lifestyle choices and needs. In cooperation with both the Golden Friendship Centre and the Niverville Heritage Centre, a variety of activities are planned that seniors can choose to take part in.
