By-Laws of the Town of Niverville

The Bylaws of the Town of Niverville are orders of council duly enacted through a process of debate and three readings. A full list of the bylaws and their details is available at the Town Administration office. This list will be updated as new laws are enacted and current laws are revamped.

The proposed zoning bylaws below have passed 3rd reading and are currently awaiting an order by the municipal board following their hearing to listen to concerns and support from residents. A decision is expected in mid September and finalized versions and other information will be posted at that time.
